Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your item. Please email contact@thegrandstandproject.com. Items marked as “Final Sale” or other similar designation are not eligible for a refund or return.

To be eligible for return, the item must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.

If the item does not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Returns must be made at your own expense. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Please return using a standard trackable service. Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
